When you choose to use our service, you are choosing the convenience and accountability of fruit being delivered to your home. 3. Do I Have To Buy A Subscription Right Away? What If I Would Like To Try A Box First?
Absolutely not! Feel free to order an individual fruit box to see what Flora Fruits is all about!
4. When Will My Box Get Delivered?
We deliver boxes every Sunday. We will send a notification letting you know when your box is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
5. Where Do You Deliver?
We delivery to these Wisconsin Counties for the time being: Milwaukee County, Waukesha County, Ozaukee County, and Washington County. We plan to expand throughout Wisconsin & throughout the country very soon!
6. Where Do We Get Our Fruit From
We receive our fruit from various fruit farms, farmers markets, & wholesale warehouses throughout Wisconsin. We put only the freshest fruits to go into your box.
7. Do I Have To Be Home When The Box Is Delivered?
No, we will leave the fruit box on your front door if you do not provide us with special directions.
8. How Does It Work?
Visit the 'Shop' page to decide if you'd like to order a one-time box or a subscription fruit box. From there, you'll select one of our three pre-crafted boxes or a customizable box option that allows you to pick and choose. You finish your order by picking the size (mini or mega) and the frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or upon request).
9. How Can I Cancel A Subscription?
Hopefully, you love Flora Fruit Co. so much that you’ll never want to cancel. Realistically, we know things come up. Canceling is easy. You can log into your account and cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or fees. Simply log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel button. Please note that canceling a subscription will prevent any further charges from being made to your account and any further orders from being processed. This action will not cancel an order that has already been processed.
10. How Can I Change The Frequency Of My Subscription, Size, Or Type Of My Box?
Simply log into your account, click Manage Subscription, then choose your preferred frequency under Switch Delivery Interval. If you'd like to change the size of your box, click Manage Subscription in your account and under Switch Box Size, choose your preferred size.
11. What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards for all online purchases. Scroll to the footer of the website to see the complete list.
12. How Often Will My Card Get Charged?
Weekly and bi-weekly subscribers cards will get charged once a month like a regular subscription. Upon request/one time purchases will get charged once per order.
